Our Commitment to Indigenous Inclusion
We know that the operation of our business and that of our clients has the potential to impact the interests and constitutionally protected rights of Indigenous people. We recognize that there are unresolved matters regarding the title and rights of Indigenous people in Canada. While those matters are beyond the influence of TerraPro, we have an opportunity to work with our neighbouring Indigenous communities to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
TerraPro is committed to working with Indigenous people and communities who:
- Have an interest in our business and the needs of our clients
- We can provide employment or training to
- Can supply us with goods and services
- We can build partnerships with that support the fulfillment of our vision.

Indigenous Inclusion Awareness Training
We can do more to learn about the history of Indigenous peoples so we can better understand each other. TerraPro is committed to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Call to Action #92 and acknowledges and values the opportunity to provide education for management and staff on the history of Indigenous peoples, including the history and legacy of residential schools, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, Treaties and Aboriginal rights, Indigenous law, and Aboriginal–Crown relations.
In partnership with Maskwa & Associates, TerraPro is honoured to have the opportunity to learn from, and participate in, Indigenous inclusion awareness training sessions with Roy and Judy Louis. Additionally, TerraPro is developing a 30-minute online training program for team members to further training and development. This will enhance opportunities for success through shared understanding and acceptance of each other’s interests and cultures.
We are interested in working together with Indigenous businesses wherever possible, please get in touch if you are interested in working together firstname.lastname@example.org.
