Indigenous Inclusion Policy

TerraPro Inc. is committed to being a good neighbour and to building and maintaining positive, mutually beneficial relationships with Indigenous people and communities.

We acknowledge that Indigenous people are the original inhabitants and care-takers of this land, and that they maintain Indigenous rights and title in Canada. We recognize and respect that Indigenous people have unique cultures, tradition, and knowledge.

We are committed to working respectfully with Indigenous people and communities who have an interest in our business from whom we can procure goods and services, whom we can build partnerships with, or to whom we can provide employment or training to support the fulfillment of our mission.

Our Commitment to Indigenous Inclusion

We are aware that the operation of our business and that of our clients has the potential to impact the interests and constitutionally protected rights of Indigenous people. We recognize that there are unresolved matters regarding the title and rights of Indigenous people in Canada; while those matters are beyond the influence of TerraPro, we do have an opportunity to work with our neighbouring Indigenous communities to achieve mutual goals and objectives.

TerraPro is committed to working with Indigenous people and communities who have an interest in our business and the needs of our clients, and to whom we can provide employment or training, from whom we can procure goods and services, or with whom we can build partnerships to support the fulfillment of our vision of being the leading provider of off-road terrain-related environmental products and services across Canada, admired for its people, products and pricing.
