OPERATIONS

Approximately half of our entire team is made up of Operators, Field Supervisors, and other members of the Operations team. We rely on these skilled men and women to deliver our client promise safely and efficiently. Roles Include:

Our shop team keeps our Operations team working smoothly by ensuring our equipment is in tip-top condition. They handle  preventative maintenance, mechanical fixes, and the operation of our mat wash plant. Roles include:

Our mat plant team works to produce a steady supply of quality access mats from our main HUB facility in Sherwood Park. They are also responsible for mat production innovation as we work steadily to improve the quality and cost of our mats. Roles include:

We can all do more to learn about the history of Indigenous Peoples and better understand each other. TerraPro is committed to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Call to Action #92 and acknowledges and values the opportunity to educate employees on the history of Indigenous peoples. 

In partnership with Maskwa & Associates, we are honoured to have the opportunity to learn from Roy and Judy Louis. Additionally, every member of our team participates in a 30-minute online training program to enhance opportunities for success through shared understanding and acceptance of each other’s interests and cultures.
